Do you give refunds or accept returns?

We do not accept returns. If a product arrives damaged and you wish to receive a refund or replacement, please email us at contact@voguemachine.com

Shipping is expensive. Can I have a discount?

We use flat rates for our shipping, but if we can finder a lower cost to deliver your order, then you will be issued a partial refund.

Do you do birthdays?

Sure! You can book us for shows and private events as a live band or live DJ. Contact us to discuss scheduling and payment directly or through the contact form on our site.

Can I join the band?

No. We are happy with our current dynamic and are not looking for additional members. However, if you’d like to collaborate, feel free to reach out!
